"If worship is supposed to be all about God, why do the majority of these songs start with 'I'?"

I have had similar thoughts at times. And I get a little nervous with some of the songs that say 'I am going to.....' We should make choices and firm decisions but be careful of proud broadcasting. We live and move and breathe and have our being in the Lord, and all my commitments are kept by His power and grace.
